Directory Membership Terms & Conditions:
The site www.sjoba.org.my and the content uploaded to www.sjoba.org.my are available to be viewed by any person browsing the internet.
Member means a person who is registered as a Directory Member by completing and submitting the Directory Member electronic application form, accepts these Terms & Conditions and that application is accepted by OJA.
You may only become a Directory Member if you are 18 years or over;
You may not upload any false information;
You may not upload any pornographic, undesirable photos;
OJA may, at its sole discretion, elect to:
1. refuse your application to become a Directory Member; or
2. once Directory Membership is granted, it may be suspended, terminated or restricted at any time.
OJA is not obliged to give reasons for its decision to reject your application or suspend, terminate or restrict your Directory Membership at any time.
